SCOPE OF WORKS
Development of an Administrative Framework and for Building Capacity for Research Activities at the Regional Centre of Excellence for Road Safety within the National Institute of Transport (NIT/RCoERS)
Key Activities
Task 1 – Development of Administrative Framework: Preparation of governance structure, organogram, and operational manual for the RCoERS;
Task 2 – Research Capacity Building: Design of research agenda and roadmap, development of guidelines for applied research, and training of NIT staff;
Task 3 – Training and Knowledge Sharing: Delivery of tailored training programs and workshops to enhance institutional capacity for road safety research;
Task 4 – Strategic Planning: Development of a five-year strategic and sustainability plan for the RCoERS.;
Task 5 – Stakeholder Engagement: Consultations and validation workshops with government agencies, universities, and road safety partners;
