SCOPE OF WORKS
Carry out Feasibility Study, Detailed Engineering Design, Environmental and Social Impact Assessment and Preparation of Bidding documents of eight (8) major junctions in Dar es Salaam so as to prioritize and produce recommendations of interventions including design of flyovers or interchanges in view of the currently perceived issues, opportunities and constrains. Propose corridors for high mobility and layouts of the flyovers/interchange structures. The proposed Junction are:
- Magomeni intersections – that is the junction of Kawawa/Morogoro roads;
- Fire junction – junction of United Nations/Morogoro roads;
- Tabata junction – junction of Tabata to Kinyerezi/ Mandela roads;
- Mandela/Uhuru roads Junction at Buguruni;
- Mwenge junction – junction of Sam Nujoma/New Bagamoyo roads;
- Morocco junction – New Bagamoyo/Kawawa road;
- Ali Hassan Mwinyi/United Nations junction at Selander Bridge;
- Ali Hassan Mwinyi/Kinondoni road junction at Selander Bridge
