POST CONTRACT

Stage VI: Supervision

  • Full time or Periodic supervision of the construction to satisfactory completion
  • Advice client on any changes, alternative and/or modifications which are needed as consequences of findings during construction;
  • Preparation of interim valuations and payment certificates;
  • Issue of certificate at practical completion and at final completion;
  • Preparation of comprehensive final account and final payments certificate and Preparation of as built drawing
